We have a STRICT 21+ and older policy for ALL guests - no exceptions.

We can host up to 50 guests in a single stay - check out our "Ultimate Privacy" GOLD package. We also have many other options for smaller groups all the way down to just 1 guest.

All suiites and packages have a different cancellation policy that is displayed on the booking before you confirm a reservation. We also offer a non-refundable option for a discounted rate.

The rooftop deck is exclusive to bookings that include the "Rooftop Deck & Loft". You can book just this suite, or a package that includes this suite. No other guests on the premisies will have access to the rooftop deck.

This is a shared common area for all guests - NEAT public patrons do NOT have access. If you book one of our "Ultimate Privacy" packages then this area will be exclusive to your group - sweeeet! Music plays daily from 10:30am to 11:30pm.

Yes and no. We are in a dense urban area with many walkablerestaurants and bars...meaning there is usually some nightlife noise. The majority of our guest are very respectful of other guests, but if you're looking for a super quiet and peaceful stay then we may not be the right place for you. Most nights during the week are very quiet.

We have 10 individual suites to choose from, and 6 group packages to pick from.

The Standard Cleaning Service adheres to industry standard cleaning practices to ensure your suite is spotless when you arrive. Our professional, trained cleaning staff sanitze all surfaces for everyone's protection. They change all linens and towels after every stay, even if they aren't used. 

We usually book 3-6 months in advance between March - December.  Kentucky Derby is by far the biggest event in town (May), with other music festivals like Bourbon & Beyond and Louder Than Life taking over the city in September. St. Patricks Day Parade (March) is extremely busy and they shut down Bardstown Road.

Literally steps away...you'll never have to leave the property. They also sell package spirits, wine and beer to enjoy during your stay. This is why we require all guests to be 21+ years old.

We are approximately 10 minutes from Louisville International Airport (SDF). Plus only 10 minutes from Downtown Louisville and the Convention Center.

We have a strict no pet policy; unless it is a service animal.

Before every stay, we stock your suite(s) with basic toiletries, paper goods, and cleaning supplies, so you have everything they need. We also have an easy-to-use digital guidebook with EVERYTHING you'll need for a top-notch stay.

After a stay, we encourage guests to leave a review. And if anything wasn’t up to par, we communicate with the guests and our local teams to make things right for next time.
